What Is Rhythmic Gymnastics?

Rhythmic gymnastics links movement and apparatus handling with music. It gives students a way to practice coordination, flexibility and dance-based skills through coached progressions. Read about Coach Irina and ask which current class matches your child’s experience.

Rhythmic Gymnastics or Tumbling?

Rhythmic gymnastics centers on dance, body movement and apparatus skills. Tumbling classes focus on tumbling skills and progressions, while recreational TNT combines trampoline, double mini trampoline and power tumbling. Our front desk can explain the options before you choose a class.
